- Your order will be sent by the most economic form of delivery. You should receive it within five working days.

- We will not share your information with anyone. We may occasionally send you updates of new ticket releases or new show announcements. If at any time you wish to opt out of this, just reply to the email sent to you and ask to be removed.
- Returns & Replacements
- While we do not accept returned tickets, we will be happy to make arrangements for you should you need a replacement.
- Ordering
- The EHOS Shop is a secure site. You can tell this by the little padlock at the top of your browser. See? So your order is safe with us.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Paypal charge us for using their service. To cover this, we charge a small excess of 75p for each online booking. But to counter this, we offer free delivery so you'll get your tickets before the performance. This is much better than you missing the first 15 minutes of the show because you're queuing to collect them!
- Viewing Orders
- Please see your confirmation email for details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us to check your order was successfully received.
- Updating Account Information
- If you register with The EHOS Shop, you can update your information whenever you need to, such as changing your address or preferences. Just follow the information on your homepage.
